NDGA Theme Community where members share content and easily work together in a common collaboration space. 

This Theme is a National Geospatial Data Asset (NGDA) implemented as part of the NGDA Management Plan and a component of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI). The GeoPlatform was developed by the member agencies of the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) through collaboration with partners and stakeholders. 

The FGDC advances the NSDI to ensure that geospatial data from multiple sources (including the covered agencies, State, local and tribal governments, the private sector, and institutions of higher education) are available and easily integrated to enhance the understanding of the physical and cultural world.
